As COO, she architects the execution of strategic goals while fostering a collaborative team culture and building customer-centric partnerships.
Previous to Gwella, Stefany founded Green Iglu, an award-winning food sovereignty start-up that builds food production facilities in remote communities across Canada, including the Arctic.
Stefany is a founding member of the "Women Advancing Psychedelics" business networking group.
